Protocol – How to make DMEM with 10% FBS
1- Work Under Safety Cabinet
2- Remove 50ml from the DMEM bottle
3- Then add 50ml of FBS directly to the DMEM media bottle
4- Gently invert to mix
5- Aliquot as necessary
6- Label lids with the name of the media and the date
