Protocol
1-Warm up your media + PBS to 37C
2-Add antibiotic to your new media tube
3- Pour out the old media
4- Wash your flask with 5ml of PBS and gently rotate/swirl to cover the surface of the flask
5- Pour out the PBS
6- Add 5ml of new media (for a T25) and 10ml of new media (For a T75) to the flask
7- Observe under microscope
8-Incubate and feed your cells every 2 days
